Owl crazy

Wanted to make some owl cards and was inspired by a new card challenge blog I have found (case study) which this week features strips of paper which reminded me of quilting..so have added some stitching too.

my 11am treat cappuccino with half a rice cake and a chunk of divine ginger chocolate..yum!

Made some more of these owls last night this time in the shape of a little bowl to put trinkets or treats in

I love owls! The little crocheted owls are sooo cute! Could do a lot of things using those.

Everything is fab and owly but I must say that those rice cakes are just like eating polystyrene (in my opinion !)

I hate them, but good luck with your calorie control Lorraine !

Love the cards and your crocheted owls!
Might your post a "How to Crochet Owls" pattern? I am a crocheter in a world of knitters, always looking for fun patterns.

I do like your cards, especially the first one with the little owl. I also like the way you have stitched the strips.
