Possibilities (three muses nature challenge)

I am really enjoying using these portfolio pastels I got off my friend Lisa so thought I would have another go at drawing with them. Today I combined them with some pictures torn out of a magazine. I have also added some gesso and markers. I found my old calligraphy fountain pen today and I think it makes my writing a lot more arty looking..the words read .."see possibilities, they are always there although sometimes hiding.."..can you see the little blackbird hiding?

Your work is so amazing.

I'm glad you liked our hanging heart bags, and thanks for stopping by. Oh, and thanks so much for the compliment on the color purple being a good color for me. Right now I have posted a scarf refashion. Turned a shirt into a gorgeous scarf.

There are a lot of homeschoolers in Texas, to be sure, and probably in the south in general. I have had to learn and grow with my children. It's not always easy, but it is something I have determined to do; and God gives me the strength. I do cherish the precious moments. I have to stay up late or get up early to have quite time, though. They grow so quickly, and one day I will have all of my time to myself.
