Thought I would put up one of my fav salad dressing recipes seeing as we are getting hot weather lately..hope it lasts. I hate recipes that use expensive ingredients that you never have in your cupboard ...so here is my version.
Dressing: 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, some chopped garlic (optional), black pepper (optional). Just throw it all over your chosen salad ingredients and mix..Easy peasy!! I put spinach leaves, tomatoes, sliced olives, tinned artichokes chopped up, feta cheese chopped up and just put the dressing over it and stir it all in..I bet you are all hungry now reading this!!
