I found this piece of aged, weathered, corrugated cardboard about to be thrown out!! so I cut a 4x4 piece out of it..I really love its texture and put a stamped image of an old car, a vintage lady, and the stamped word "memories". I put this little piece onto a larger piece of some new vintage papers I have just bought from Costco at a bargain price!..It was nice to do vintage instead of my usual bright colours. So today I have enjoyed doing 2 pieces that are different from my usual style of using painted paper. I think this is the good thing about challenges in that they get you thinking creatively in different ways.

This is a lovely creation. I totally agree with you about why we do these challenges. Stretch the imagination a little here and there and who knows what might happen
