As you can tell I love layering so decided to make another over the top layered ATC for this challenge. I have just got some lovely celtic stamps so the painted & distressed ink background is stamped with a circular one. The main focal stamp is of celtic pixies with a watch piece mounted on it. I have added a gold tassel and some black threads. 2 paper flowers are in the corner and a further celtic stamp has the words "believe" on it. I dont think there is any harm to believe in pixies, leprechauns, elves, fairies etc and besides they do make nice stamps!
