spray ink backgrounds

I bought some spray inks a while ago off ebay but have never used them!! After browsing some of my old Simple Stamping magazines I found an article which used spray inks on tissue paper. I love the way these have turned out as you can crumple them, stamp over them, add them over a darker background etc. So just get out your white tissue paper or if you are in Ikea the paper that they wrap plates in!! Cover your table with newspapers and get spraying. The spray inks are very messy so make sure you cover your hands. I hung them up on my arty string washing line in the conservatory and they dried really quickly.

one thing I have never done is made backgrounds in advance without knowing what I am going to use them for. I always make each project from scratch as I go along. Maybe that's why I am so sloooow :D

I feel like I ought to get my colourwashes and glimmer mists and reinkers out and make a batch of these and see if I can work out how to use them....
