Think Monday Think ATC "architecture" challenge

I used my new stamps on this ATC. I have stamped a house onto a teabag, some church steeples onto basic grey paper and some latin text. I have topped it with some roofing felt I found in the street! If anyone knows what the latin says I would welcome a translation!!
