This painting is my first attempt with acrylics rather than oil paints for the face as they took too long to dry! I wanted to make these next paintings more like me with the fringe and the eyes and wanted to add more shading. I think she looks a bit sad in this painting and is longing to fly away like the butterfly from either PMT or domesticity!!
