This painting is inspired by Violette an American artist. Collaged paper and paint background. I think my shading is getting better as the painting doesnt look too flat. I have added a bit of blue paint to the blackbird to lift it a little. The words read "and down came a blackbird and pecked off her nose". Really enjoy painting at the moment and want to paint all the time!!
