Who would have thought that a rusty old washer could be turned into an enamelled beautiful bag charm!!! The challenge is "marvellous metallics" and as this uses both metal washers and metallic powders I thought it fitted quite nicely. One of these is also going to be for the UK Art Raffle as the theme this month is "circles".
