Another tim holtz inspired tag..stamped image with a lens from an old pair of toy joke glasses which had broken..Tim used acrylic but I havent got any of those. For the background I used some tape off some fancy scrolled ribbon to use as a sort of mask. I added the word "believe" under a metal tag.
