flower girl (mixed media monday blue and green)

Another little art quilt I have made..the words on this read "the artist must possess the courageous soul..the brave soul. The soul that dares and defies"..I will sew it later on when I have my sewing machine out to start sewing up my scrap quilt

Lovely entry for blue and green and had it been ATC size it is a lovely entry for flower power on TMTA!

Lorraine, the alcohol ink comment was funny. I had almost put down " my home-brewed" alcohol inks and I got to thinking that maybe some people would think I had a still out in the backyard and was producing moonshine. No it's just 91% isopropyl alcohol and food coloring. Sometimes I use Rit dye. Sometimes I use re-inkers.

I love this..are you doing a whole quilt then with these spiritual art squares??

You do need to be courgeous with art..especially with those that are not artists.
