Dreaming of Spring painting

Continuing with my painting phase I decided to do a face completely different with blonde hair and blue eyes. I think I prefer the facial proportions on this one as the nose looks better..still practising...

She's softly pretty - very colming picture. I've got my line drawing up, now it's time to colour in *gulp*.

oops, typo - calming not colming!

Lorraine- she's so pretty! Love her. I have just finished my drawing for Tam's class- now I just have to colour her in. I think I'll join Jo with the "gulp"!

Brilliant - can see an immediate improvement from previous portraits - sorry if that sounds condescending as I've always admired your style

You have created a wonderful thoughtful expression on her face (in my opinion) without being 'cutesy'
