Never be afraid to play..

I didnt start todays Milliande journal page till late after the kids had gone to bed...it was so funny looking for the roll of grey foam (usually used under laminate flooring) in my shed with a torch in the dark!! Today we had to make a stamp..the options were to either carve one, use a potato or other means!...well the latter appealed to me. I just drew on the foam and cut them out then put paint on them and stamped away. I really liked the idea of using masking tape to journal on. I was thinking of dancing aborigines doing this page..great fun. I am really enjoying this art journal as it is pushing me to areas I have never done before and making me think differently which is a good thing to avoid being stuck in a rut...

Every time we do something different, it keeps our brain working! Love this and it shows that you are not afraid to play!

Great stamps, the little people are fab and the page has come out so well. I didn't do day one but I did the zentangle one yesterday I just havn't posted it yet. I watched the video on the site and once I'd seen how she started I was ok..when I saw yours I was a bit overwhelmed as I couldn't imagine where you would start! Thanks for the tips for it on my blog!
