let it be...

I am taking part in a European Circle Art Journal swap and today I worked in Vigdis's journal from Norway. .

Her theme was focus, heal and joy and as she likes vintage I decided to do the pages with lots of fabric, lace and buttons

Here is the front of Vigdis journal which she decorated and I noticed she likes lace so I added lots to my pages

Fabric print of one of my watercolour paintings with words from the Beatles song
"Let it be:
When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me speaking words of wisdom, let it be and in my hour of darkness she is standing right in front of me speaking words of wisdom, let it be..."

I decided to fold the second page and make it into a pocket for some tags. The words above the vintage girl say "have faith in yourself"

It was lovely making this page today and crocheting flowers in the sun..had a little tea break admiring all the violas I planted yesterday..arent they beautiful.
