Happy Autumn mini quilt

 There is something about the cold weather that just makes me want to crochet and sew again.  Today I finished my mini quilt and.this is the first proper quilt I have done so am very pleased with the result

 I found a nice leaf stitch on my sewing machine so used that in the middle bit to complement the pattern

 I had enough fabric left over to make a happy cushion too to go on my favourite chair

.  Spotted some fungi growing on an old log at the bottom of the garden..love the textures and colours of autumn
