Vintage fabric book, rag rug and the cold....



My mum gave me lots of old photos that she wanted copying for her brother..so decided to make a vintage fabric book with them to give to her for Christmas




Behind the photos I have added a pocket and  a tag that she can add her writing to



 Finished my doily crochet pattern ..I decided to use a big hook and as I was working on it it curved in somewhat so worked with this and made it into a stool cover

 I have had this giant hook for awhile so decided to make a rag rug using old throws and material I have got in the shed

I am really pleased at how quickly its growing and have found some more rags to add to it.  The weather has been very cold here and I really need a rug for my conservatory so it will go in there when its finished..the size is about 5x5 so far...
