Crazy painting and a vintage whisk

Had a go at painting again with charcoal and paint for the 4th Ish painting for the One Little House Art community...be sure to check out the link as the videos for the 100 ish group are free..
Love joining in with Paint Party Friday as so many artists take part and love looking at what everyone else has done this week

My vintage prestige hand whisk arrived this morning off ebay and I love it...just like the one my mum still uses to make omelettes with and she has had hers since the 1960s/70s...the whisks these days are rubbish as the blades are made out of aluminium and just bend unlike the old stainless steel.

I love the almost sculptural feel of your portrait! My wife and I collect antiques and vintage items too, so I appreciate your new mixer. Blessings!

Lovely painting, Lorraine. Now that you mention it, the whisks made today aren't as good as those my mother had.

I love your lady with all that color and texture. Lovely painting! Just wondering...what kind of paint did you use with the pastels?
