There is no time like the present to do a bit of woodburning!

I treated myself to Joyce's class at one little house art community where I learnt how to combine painting with wood burning to create a flower press.  I am going to have a go at the bottom wood next then I can have a reversible wood press and will assemble it all with the screws, paper etc..then I can collect all the flowers in Spring.

Cant believe its nearly March already..had a go at creating this card for the Try it on Tuesday and Tuesday morning sketch challenges...be sure to check out the other entries too.

What a brilliant flower press with your lovely girl ... a great combo of techniques too!

Flower press time will be here before we know it...I enjoy keeping mine full when the season arrives :)
