Glass half full

Happy Paint Party Friday
I have been painting in the style of Robert Joyner lately who is running the free Strathmore workshops at the moment. I try and be a glass half full person...

Your sheep in previous post is awesome too. I like his style. I will have to check out the free workshop...love free stuff!

Nice work here Lorraine. Have a good weekend.

Will have to google Robert Joyner but I love this painting. It might be because a glass or two of red wine is what I could do with in this wintery weather :-)

Very bold and expressive. It definitely has the optimism of a half-full person. Love the splashy colors and the deep pink, maroon and orange.

This is a great painting. I think every artist should take a work shop, just to change things up a bit.

I love the warm reds - heart-warming on a bitterly cold evening. I work mainly in textiles but also find playing with colour is my main enjoyment.
