little halloween book

Hope you all had a nice Halloween last night but spare a thought for all those in the USA who couldnt celebrate this year due to the storm.

I am taking part in an October swap over at UK Stampers where we each send each other "projects" then we have 3 weeks to make something with what we recieve and get to keep it.  I decided to have a go at making a little album using the paper bag that was sent me..have never really made a paper bag album before so enjoyed adding all the tags and elements to it.  The photo on the front is taken about 7 years ago when my sons were babies.

I made a halloween book with all their old Halloween photos but it felt apart with use! so this is going to replace that.  There is plenty of room on the pages and tags for lots of photos and journalling to be added and I will make this one a bit more sturdier so it stands up to my sons looking at it!
Here is the bag of stuff I recieved as part of the swap..so lots more projects to be made still once I have finished the above album..adding photos etc
My youngest sons made loads of Halloween fairy cakes (we dont call them cupcakes in Liverpool as these are nice and small and not too big)
Here we are outside our front door last night about to visit the neighbours for some sweets and wish them Happy Halloween despite the rain!  Well its been nice today having time to make something again as we have just come back from a week in Spain to celebrate my 50th and it always take time to get back into routine again!

Until next time..keep warm
